If you wish to make a reservation with your travel voucher, you must do so directly through our website.
Procedure:

The button below will take you to the booking page.

On the booking page, specify the desired stay date. (min 2 nights).

The age at our hotel is from 25 years and up.

With the voucher you can book a suite with king bed or a junior suite. With extras, you can choose an extra hour of spa or any of our other goodies.

Drinks are not included in the price. And are not allowed to be taken with you.

Then fill in your details (the voucher holder details) + enter your personal COUPON CODE in the comments field.

You can then confirm your stay.

Everything above 350.00 euros has to be paid out of your own pocket.

If you are not coming from the affected area in and around Valencia, you may not participate in using the Bono viaje voucher.

The booking with a travel voucher is only valid when the accommodation has confirmed it at Valencia. You will receive a confirmation of this.

Requirements:

- You must have a valid code, please note that if you make an invalid booking,100% will be charged automatically.
- Once you have received the Bono viaje voucher, you have 10 days to validate, if you want to enjoy the voucher in the hospitality.
- With the Travel Voucher, you must stay a minimum of 2 nights.
-The period to enjoy is from the 25th of May till the 22nd of December
- The Travel Voucher is valid on packages, and other goodies.
- A booking with the Travel Voucher can be rescheduled, but not cancelled in any way.
